Fitness Goal for 2013

After having a baby in 2012, my fitness levels have dropped and my weight has increased. So, I need to focus on health and fitness in 2013.

In January I am hoping to total 500 mins of exercise. Then I’m hoping to increase it by 50-100 mins each month (100 mins if I reach the previous month’s goal and 50 if I don’t) until I reach 1000-1200 mins per month. 500 mins in January equals just over 15mins per day; 1200 mins per month equals about 40mins per day. I won’t post each day/week, but I will try to post monthly totals and updates.

Here’s to 2013!

    Well I should be up to 145 mins by the end of today, and I’m currently sitting at 182. :-)
